Cascade Baseball Tournament Rules
10 and Under
1) All rules will be as outlined in the Little League rulebook for Majors division of play unless
otherwise mentioned.
2)
Pitching Distance 46', Base Path Distance 60'
3)
Bat the entire roster.
4)
A youth must not pitch more than six (6) total innings per consecutive games. Pitching total per
game for three consecutive games 4-2-4, 5-1-5. Pitching eligibility will be declared before each
game.
5)
Pinch runners can be used for the catcher that caught in the last defensive inning of the current
game.
6)
NO LEADING OFF.
7)
Big Barrel Bats Not Allowed. 
8)
No maximum runs per inning.
9)
15 run rule after 4 innings.
(Not in the Championship Game)
10) 10 run rule after 5 innings. (Not in the Championship Game)
11) No new inning will start after the 2 hour game time limit. (Not in the Championship Game)
12) 4 Innings will consist of game after 2 hours.
13)
Dugouts are first come first serve.
14)
Coin flip will determine home team. (By Umpire or Tournament Director)
15)
No minimum playing field time for players.
16)
Free substitutions on the field.
17)
6 inning games.
18)
Tied games after 6 innings played will go into the international tie breaker system. The last out
from the previous inning is put on 2nd base with no outs to start the inning. Pitcher's will still have
to abide by pitching rules listed in rule 4 above.
19)
No dogs or pets allowed at the complex period. (This could be reason for forfeit)
20) No smoking or use of tobacco products at the complex. (This could be reason for forfeit)
21) No seeds or candy on the playing fields. (Dugouts OK)
Tie breaker system.
In pool play if there is a tie between teams the procedure to determine the #1, #2, and #3
seed will be as follows.
1) Head to head record.
2)
Runs allowed in pool play.
After the #1 seed is determined, the process will start over at the beginning between the remaining pool play teams.
